Dawn has been my teacher, my mentor and my friend for close to five years now. Each lesson I spend with her enlightens me not just as an actor, but as a human being. It was through her I learned the importance of wearing my characters body and being able to take it off and on for my performance and mental health. Dawn embraces the humanity in Chekhov that so many still have a hard time seeing. I used to loathe his work, believe nothing was happening and she was able to pull back that vail and show me the truth. Dawn is a blessing for any actor.
