About Sammi
Hello there, I am Sammi! I am an undergraduate college student majoring in Chemistry with a minor in Finance at Boston College. I love working with students and teaching mathematics. I was taught by a great tutor and loved solving math problems. I had a great interest in this subject and was taught so well, I am pursuing for more knowledge in this field. I hope to help someone love math and enjoy solving mathematical problems as well. As a student still in college, I am very familiar with the structures of exams and will be able to better teach one. I have tutored for five years now and would love to continue tutoring!
I enjoy the questions I am asked, the students I work with, the process of planning what I will be teaching, and so much more. Tutoring is fun and it is great to see someone else finally understanding and having the light bulb turn on for them as well. I have worked with many students from grades K-12 as a tutor and teacher's assistant. I have the most experience teaching math, ranging from algebra to SAT math.
