About ADAM
I teach A-Level Maths, supporting students with challenging topics, problem-solving and exam preparation. I specialise in the Edexcel exam board, where I also work as an assistant examiner, giving me a detailed understanding of how exam questions are assessed and what students need to demonstrate in their answers.

Lessons are interactive and student-led. Each student has access to a personalised online whiteboard, and we work through difficult topics together rather than simply watching examples. I encourage students to bring their own questions and concerns, then use these to identify gaps in understanding and focus the session where it will have the greatest impact. We explore each problem carefully and practise with relevant questions, helping students build both confidence and a secure grasp of the material.
I hold Qualified Teacher Status from the University of Warwick and have an up-to-date DBS certificate. I have also taught thousands of hours online, working with students and families through the practical challenges of A-Level Maths.
As an Edexcel assistant examiner, I can help students understand not only how to solve a problem, but also how to present their reasoning clearly for the marks available.
