About KAREN
Hi! My name is Karen Dean, and I’m a dedicated 2nd grade teacher with five years of experience helping young learners grow academically and emotionally. I’m passionate about creating a positive, engaging classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to do their best. Over the years, I’ve developed a teaching style that balances structure with creativity, focusing on building strong reading, writing, and math skills while encouraging curiosity and confidence. I believe that learning should be fun, meaningful, and tailored to meet each student’s unique needs. I’m excited to continue making a difference in the lives of my students and partnering with families to support their child’s success.
