About Andrew
I have been teaching for over 18 years and most of the years have been in International Schools around the world. This has really shaped and moulded my education philosophy. Teaching students from all over the world has equipped me with a calm and positive approach, and has enabled me to adapt to different situations and challenges. This has also led me to understand how to get the best out of students, as psychology has a big part to play in motivating students to be engaged and successful in physical education. Not all children are interested in sport, or a specific sport, and I have nurtured a way of motivating and inspiring children to take part in physical activities and lead an active healthy lifestyle. Being positive, fair, consistent with high standards and building up a rapport, is essential in achieving this.
