About Cindy
I was a special needs teacher for 25 years, and I have tutored privately for 10 years. I work with middle to high school students who need direction in finding their learning strengths and strategies. I have tutored over 100 students, some of whom were home schoolers, some in private schools, and some as their proctor for finishing their year working at home, yet following a school's curriculum.

My name is Cindy Sekel, and I give lessons to mostly middle- high school. My passion is teaching and guiding students to find their path of learning to reach their full potential. I stress organization,study strategies, self-advocacy, and gaining academic confidence. I encourage my students to be active learners, and I give guidance as to how to reach those goals.
