About Nicole
With over 9 years of experience in the field of social work, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals, families in overcoming challenges and achieving their full potential. My journey began with a deep-rooted passion for making a difference, which led me to obtain a degree in Social Work and subsequently gain diverse experience across various roles, including frontline practice, supervision, and management. Throughout my career, I have been privileged to work with a wide range of children, families and professionals addressing issues working as front line social work whilst working in mash , assessment , and child protection. My extensive experience has equipped me with a profound understanding of the complexities and demands of social work, as well as the skills to navigate these challenges effectively . These skills have provided me with the knowledge and tools which have led me to be now practising as a Team Manager in a Mash Team. Beyond my professional achievements, I am deeply committed to mentoring and supporting the next generation of social workers. I believe that sharing knowledge and experiences is crucial for the growth and development of emerging professionals in our field. Over the years, I have provided guidance to numerous students and newly qualified social workers, helping them build confidence, develop their skills, and achieve their career aspirations.
