About Nora
I am an experienced Singing tutor with a strong passion for helping students grow as vocalists and performers. Over the past 12 years, I have taught more than 250 High School and College students, guiding them in developing strong vocal techniques, musical expression, and stage confidence. My teaching philosophy is based on personalised guidance and motivation, where lessons are tailored to each student’s strengths, challenges, and musical interests.
I focus on breath control, pitch accuracy, tone production, and performance skills, helping students gain both technical proficiency and emotional expression. I encourage students to experiment with different styles and genres, making learning enjoyable and versatile. Many of my students have performed successfully in competitions, concerts, and college events, reflecting the progress and confidence they achieve through consistent practice.
Beyond singing, I integrate music theory, ear training, and creative exercises into lessons to give students a complete understanding of music. I emphasise a balance of discipline and creativity, ensuring students develop skills while enjoying the art of singing.
My ultimate goal is to help students find their unique voice, build confidence, and cultivate a lifelong love for music. I believe every student has the potential to excel, and my lessons aim to bring out their best while making the learning experience inspiring and rewarding.

My teaching methodology focuses on adapting lessons to each student’s individual learning style. I understand that every voice is unique, and I tailor exercises and techniques to fit the student’s natural abilities and goals. Creativity is at the heart of my lessons, helping students explore different singing styles, experiment with phrasing, and express themselves fully through music. I emphasise diplomacy in feedback, offering constructive guidance in a kind and encouraging manner.
In addition to singing, I teach music theory, vocal technique, ear training, sight-reading, and performance preparation. I also incorporate lessons on phrasing, stage presence, and emotional delivery, ensuring students develop both technical skill and expressive artistry. My approach balances structure with flexibility, enabling students to progress confidently while maintaining joy and curiosity in learning.
From beginners to advanced students, my aim is to nurture confidence, musicality, and self-expression. I guide students towards achieving their goals while making lessons interactive, engaging, and enjoyable, helping them connect deeply with their voice and music.
