About Nismal Aswin
Hello! I’m Nismal, a dedicated and approachable tutor currently pursuing my studies at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan). Alongside my studies, I work as a Student Wellbeing Ambassador (SWA) at the university — a role that has strengthened my communication skills, empathy, and ability to support students in achieving their best.
I have recently been selected for the Teach First 2026 Summer Training Cohort, a prestigious teacher training programme in the UK. This opportunity reflects my strong commitment to education and helping students build confidence and curiosity in learning.
My background in Science (BSc in Agriculture and MSc in Microbiology) gives me a solid foundation to explain concepts clearly and make lessons engaging.
