About Stephen
As a graduate of Physics with Astrophysics (First Class Honours), with experience in classroom teaching, I offer tutoring in Physics, Mathematics and other Sciences up to A-Level standard. I am currently completing a PhD in Solar Physics at Northumbria University.
I have experience delivering content both in person and online, and enjoy helping students who struggle to grasp difficult concepts; including preparing a student for the 11+ entrance exam, who went on to be successfully placed. Practice is key to building confidence and understanding, and I can help with both.
As my PhD is drawing to a close, my availability for tutoring is limited, so book while you can!

Stephen is a phenomenal teacher. Very knowledgeable in subject .He makes the the lesson very interesting and interactive and his teaching is extremely easy to understanding ,which had made me love maths more. When he teaches me I can retain that knowledge and apply it any time.
Stephen teaches the topics to the fullest and challenges me well in every topic which has enhanced my knowledge so much and I have progressed in maths immensely.
I have learnt maths from many teachers but Stephen was THE BEST. I would definitely give him 10/10. I’m learning with Stephen for months now and every lesson , I learn new skills. Very knowledgeable tutor specialising in physics and maths. Explains everything really well. Also has a YouTube channel with extra free content which is great.
