About Lisa
I originally qualified as a language teacher and spent several years teaching English in Malta and Switzerland. When I came to the UK I decided to train as a primary school teacher. I trained at UCL and my experience lies mainly in KS1.

Every child is unique and there is no one size that fits all. I consider establishing rapport with my student and the relevant people in their life a vital step of the learning process. Once I get a clear idea of what that child’s needs and interests are, I an committed to follow that child’s interests in order to achieve their goals. I am a great believer in using games/play in my sessions and strive to make learning a fun and enjoyable experience.
