An experienced practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine, I live and train in a Daoist monastery where I disciple under a Daoist master. I'm a lineage holder in methods of Tai Chi & Chi Kung, and am a dedicated scholar & teacher of meditation methods.

For more advanced practitioners, or people with personal interests, we can research and delve deep into any subject. Light-hearted and relaxed by nature, I view teaching as a chance to connect and share this amazing medicine... and it shows!
