About Pete
I have been teaching for 25 years in three different independent schools. My students enjoy my lessons and I have great take up of A-level physics from my GCSE classes. I can cater for a wide range of ability levels and always look for ways to help students maximise their marks in the examinations.

I have taught physics for 25 years in three different independent schools, 12 of which as head of dept. I have just as much experience in tutoring and have done so for all exam boards at both GCSE and A-level. I like to think I have a warm, positive approach that builds confidence. I am happy to run through whole topics providing lots of examples and good notes or scaffolding exam questions so the students can see which physics concepts and skills they need to maximise their marks. Both online or in my local area of St Albans.
