About Rhys
I am an international powerlifting athlete with Strength and conditioning, British weightlifting qualifications and a Bachelor Degree in Aport fitness and coaching. I have worked with professional athletes, celebrities, models and general public. From office workers to busy mums I have trained a variety of people.

I approach each topic on its own and blend them together where I feel it may be beneficial and if the subjects compliment each other.
