About Tay
Hi! My name is Tay, and I'm a Korean currently living in Canada. I organized cultural exchange programs for university students in Korea and also worked as a tutor. Based on that experience, I taught Korean at Korean language school here in Canada, working with students of all ages and levels. I love creating a space where students feel comfortable, encouraged, and excited to learn. Whether you're learning Korean for fun, school, travel, or work! My Korean lessons are flexible and designed to match each student’s learning style. I’ll customize each lesson based on your individual needs and goals! whether you’re learning for fun, preparing for a test, building your career, or just want to chat more confidently.
As a base, I use official textbooks published by the Korean Education Center (PDF materials provided), but if there’s another book or topic you want to explore, I’m always open to it.
My classes are open to anyone — beginners, kids, adults, heritage learners, K-drama fans, and everyone in between. Let’s learn Korean in a way that works best for you!

She is a truly great teacher.
I was planning to visit my Korean girlfriend’s family, but I couldn’t speak any Korean at all. After a few months of lessons with Tay, my Korean improved, and when I finally met her family, I was able to surprise them with what I had learned.
