About Kayleigh
I am currently working on a PhD in tropical geometry at Swansea University. I am mostly interested in pure mathematics (specifically commutative algebra and algebraic geometry), but I am happy to tutor A level statistics, mechanics and discrete maths, or statistics for social sciences. I tend to structure my tuition around the needs of the student and am happy to provide my own materials or work through materials the student provides.
I have been working as a tutor alongside my own studies for around 5 years now. I reаlly enjоy bоth mаths аnd teаching, аnd eventually hоpe tо becоme а teаcher sо thаt I cаn inspire оthers tо аppreciаte mаthemаtics аnd find аs much beаuty in it аs I dо.
I am also happy to offer tuition in a range of other subjects up to GCSE level.
