About Yashwanth
Hi!
My name is Yashwanth, and I'm currently pursuing my 3rd year in my degree (Bachelors in Computer Science) at Monash University Malaysia. I have always had a knack for teaching and was always had a profound interest in sharing my knowledge and experience with younger pupils to help them in their journey.
I've been tutoring Mathematics for the past two years. I have tutored up to 20 students ranging from the ages of 10 to 18 years. I have been able to help 70% of my students to achieve an A+ grade, and the rest, a grade ranging from A's to B's.

The years of teaching experience I had allowed me to teach various students and I was able to identify the need of each student and adjust my method of teaching to suit each individual student.
The most common teaching style I use includes student interaction and as many discussions as possible in order to keep the student involved in the lesson as much as possible.
My sessions do not end when the class is over, the student will receive notes on each subject and students can request any additional notes as well.
In addition to that, I do utilize a student-centered learning approach. What this means is I allow the student to come up with the answer, and discuss the possible outcomes. Rather than me lecturing him, this allows the student to be more interactive and pay more attention to the lessons.

Yashwanth Suresh is and has been a great friend of mine for almost 6 years now. We were closely acquainted since high school and this continued in college as well. Yashwanth tackles any task given before him with utmost confidence and never fails to exceed your expectations. After my entry to university, I had struggled on countless occasions with 'Combined Mathematics' and 'Programming' modules and was only able to get through the modules thanks to the relentless effort that Yashwanth put in to teach and guide me through the course.
