About Lawunmi
Hello everyone! My name is Lawunmi and I have been teaching for over 8 years and have experience in teaching for the 11+ Maths exam, KS3, GCSE, IGCSE and A level Mathematics. I absolutely love maths and I really feel that students can love it too if they have the right teacher to guide them. Students need to know why they do it, its importance and know that it is more than just learning formulae the concepts and the application of maths can reach as far as your imagination :)
I am very organised, friendly and always get a job done well, ensuring all my students make better than expected progress. I am well versed with the new GCSE and A level Maths curriculum expectations so know the demands of the new specification. It is essential for students to feel confident with the new curriculum. Students need to be confident in interlinking multiple step questions which is the way forward. I have worked with the very bright to the lower ability and to the most disaffected.
