About Julie
I am a dedicated and patient math tutor with over two years of tutoring experience helping students strengthen their understanding of mathematics. I am passionate about supporting students in building confidence in their academic abilities and helping them approach challenging topics with a positive mindset.
Through my experience tutoring students of different learning styles and levels, I have developed the ability to explain concepts in clear and simple ways. I believe that every student can succeed when they are given the right guidance, encouragement, and learning strategies.

My tutoring approach focuses on helping students truly understand concepts rather than just memorizing steps. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match each student’s pace and learning style. My goal is to build confidence in math while helping students improve their problem-solving skills.
A typical lesson usually starts with reviewing homework or topics the student finds challenging. Then we work through examples together step-by-step before practicing similar problems independently to strengthen understanding. I also help students prepare for quizzes and tests by reviewing key concepts and practicing exam-style questions.
