With many years of experience teaching students from Kindergarten to 11th grade and graduating with a mathematical science degree, I’m passionate about helping each student feel confident and capable in math. I create a warm, supportive space where students feel encouraged to ask questions and take risks without fear of making mistakes. I want to make math both fun and understandable for every student. My approach is all about meeting students where they are and helping them feel confident. I believe math doesn’t have to be intimidating, so I work with each student to figure out what they need and make sure they feel comfortable asking questions. I break complex topics down into manageable steps, using real-world examples to help make abstract concepts easier to understand.
We will have warmups, concept introductions, guided practice, and independent practice.
