My name is Samiya Younis, and I am not only an artist but also an educator who is deeply passionate about nurturing creativity and helping individuals unlock their artistic potential. Teaching is not just a profession for me; it is a calling. I believe in the transformative power of art and its ability to inspire, heal, and provoke meaningful conversations. Witnessing the growth and confidence of my students as they explore their creativity is truly gratifying and drives my dedication to teaching. With a background in interdisciplinary art forms, including sculpture, painting, installation, photography, and performance, I bring a diverse range of artistic expertise to the classroom. I have exhibited my work both nationally and internationally, which further solidifies my legitimacy as an artist and educator. My utmost priority as a teacher is to inspire confidence in my students. I strive to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. I understand that each student has their own unique journey and set of goals, and I am committed to tailoring my teaching to meet your individual needs. Lessons are tailored to individual needs, with sufficient time for practice and feedback. With qualifications and experience in fine arts, including teaching at esteemed institutions like Central St Martin's College of Art, Ruskin School of Art, and the University of the Arts London, I bring expertise and guidance to students of various levels and ages. My goal is to empower students to explore their artistic potential and achieve their goals. Sessions can be taught online, at your home, and at my studio.
