About Daniel
I have a 2:1 (with honors) in Computer Science. My particular field of expertise is web development.
I've been working as a web developer for many years but have always done small tutoring sessions but am looking to go further with this.
My main interests in teaching will be teaching general computing along with Javascript & ReactJS. However I am also happy to teach CSS & HTML if required!

Firstly I like to gauge the current knowledge-level of the individual and try to base my teachings around the goal of said individual. Normally this is in the form of tackling specific topics that are a struggle or are perceived to be more difficult than others, once that topic has been covered and drilled until it is comfort, it is time to move on.
The best way to secure knowledge is through repetition. I like to do a combination of quick-questions and long-form questions/drills which gives the student to show what they've learned with the least amont of guidance possible.

Details
Currently doing £8/hr as a promotional rate for now until I have fully solidified my teaching approach. Once I have a more mature teaching model I will look to increase that rate slightly. I will give all students 1 month notice before any increase in price.
