About Regina
Hey! I'm Regina and I'm a recent UCL grad with a BA in English Lit. Having graduated last year with a high 2:1, I'm now taking my masters in Musical Theatre at LAMDA.
I took the IB Diploma with a 41 in my hometown of Manila, where I also finished my iGCSEs. I finished with 7s in HL English Language and Literature & Theatre, among other subjects.
Aside from the academic side of tutoring, I can also help out with:
- US and UK university applications (my final undergrad decisions were between UCL and UC Berkeley in California!)
- drama school applications, particularly for Musical Theatre MAs
I picked up IB tutoring during COVID and it is something I'd love to pick up again! My students came from all over the world with all kinds of interests, so helping them along their journey was really special.

I really believe in getting to know my students in and out of the classroom. I believe that speaking the same language as them really allows them to improve their skills. With that said, I personally specialise in Shakespeare, dramaturgy, classical theatre, but I am very open to all kinds of media!
I also expect students to come to our sessions with something they already want to work on, such as an essay or a presentation.
