About Ushna
I have delievered over 400 hours of personalised tution to students of different ages with varying support needs and have always recievedgreat responses and results of my teaching. The lesson would include learning the topic through detailed notes, based on the specification of their exam board. The topic can be the one the student is currently learning to help them get ahead or one that they have previously struggled with to consolidate knowledge.
Alongside making them comfortable with content, we will consistently attempt exam-style and past paper questions to improve exam technique as well as build the students' confidence in attempting questions independently.
Lessons would be followed by homework tailored to focus on improving the retention of content covered in class.

Not only have I performed excellently academically in Geography, but every student I have tutored in the subject has jumped grades, grown their confidence not only in their exam technique and content comprehension but also in being able to ask for help and support both in sessions and in school. I also have experience tutoring students of varying support needs (including autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties).
I provide feedback on any exam questions completed by the student and am available to contact throughout the week via email if they need support with their learning otherwise.
