To me tutoring is very rewarding. I have loved seeing my students grow and improve with my guidance.
I am intimately familiar with the A-Level and GCSE syllabus and understand how difficult and stressful these exams can be, not only can I help improve your mathematics ability but can give tips on how to manage your time effectively when studying for your exams.

I will deliver personalised lessons in which me and my tutee work through a specific challenging problem, giving them hints when need be. I aim for students to initially struggle through a problem so that they become better thinkers rather than just rote learning.
I believe it is more useful for students to discover how to solve a problem themselves rather than being shown how to solve it.
I have experience tutoring between the ages of of 12-18. I aim for my lessons to be around 40 minutes and will cover anything from GCSE work to University admissions.
I am competent in my subjects having achieved four A*s in Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Computer Science at A-Level and competing in the British Mathematics and British Physics Olympiads.
