My name is Jerry, and I teach Finnish and English with a strong focus on efficient learning and real progress from week one.
My teaching method
My approach is structured, practical, and goal-driven. Instead of random exercises, we focus on the highest-impact topics first, so you improve quickly without wasting time.
I use:
- Clear explanations of grammar and sentence structure

What a typical lesson looks like
A standard lesson is built in 4 parts:
1. Quick review of previous material (to lock in learning)
2. New topic explained simply with examples
3. Guided practice (speaking, writing, or both, depending on your goals)
4. Action plan for independent practice between lessons
After each lesson, you know exactly what to review and what to do next.
