About Johann
I’m Johann, an English tutor with a 2:1 degree in Media and Communication.
I have strong skills in writing, communication, and explaining things clearly, which helps students understand English without feeling overwhelmed. I’ve also worked in fast-paced, people-focused roles, so I’m patient, adaptable, and easy to talk to.
I specialise in both academic English and creative writing, helping students improve their essays, build confidence, and express their ideas more naturally.
I work with a range of students (ages 6+), and I always adjust my teaching style to suit each person. My focus is simple: make English feel easy, enjoyable, and something you can actually feel confident in.
I’m friendly, reliable, and committed to helping every student feel comfortable and supported in their learning. My goal is not just to improve results, but to build confidence and make English something students can genuinely enjoy.

Hi! I’m Johann, a passionate English tutor with a background in media and communication. I help students build confidence, strong writing skills, creative expression, and fluent speaking—from young learners to adults.
My approach & teaching style:
I keep lessons **fun, simple, and stress-free**—especially for younger students (ages 6+). I focus on making English feel easy and enjoyable, not overwhelming.
I use:
* Games, storytelling, and creative writing exercises

* Positive encouragement to build confidence
For creative writing, I help students develop ideas, structure stories, and express themselves בצורה naturally—no pressure, just creativity.

* Light, optional homework (nothing overwhelming)
