My teaching method is I try to communicate with my students and understand their weak points so that we can both work on it together and overcome that, rather than students I consider then my friends and make them feel comfortable so that it's not a monotonous classroom rather a open minded conversation with room for all sorts of things they can come up with and I've been doing well.
