About Guncha
Well, good to meet you my future student. I am Guncha, English language tutor and instructor, I have been teaching English since 2012 and I am passionate about teaching and helping you improve your English as I have been there before and used to struggle to remember and understand English grammar concepts and vocabulary. But here I am today in an English-speaking country and navigating my grad studies and having published 2 children's books in English and Russian, as you see I love all about stories and languages. It makes me excited to support your learning journey and witness you grow and learn the language with me; so I am looking forward to welcoming you in our coming online lessons.

My teaching method is student-centered where I focus on guiding my students in their learning and thus helping them acquire language confidence, overcome previous learning traumas and regain confidence in their learning ability and skills.
- A typical lesson plan
In the lessons with me, we will start with a warm-up that will prepare you for the main topic of the lesson, then learn a new topic - grammar, reading, vocabulary, writing, or speaking and eventually, practice acquired skills in class.
- What sets you apart as a tutor
This is an amazing question, as I used to think about it myself, and I thought that I am not unique, but after teaching for 2 years, the feedback from my students informed me that I am an amazing teacher with a unique personality that motivates my students to come back to my lessons and learn with me. As I am not only a tutor but also a coach for my students, helping them transition in different stages of their lives during our learning period. So I am looking forward to helping you gain your language confidence that will lead to bigger success in your life!
