I am a professional native English teacher, based in London. I have degrees from SOAS and the LSE, and over 12 years’ experience in the UK higher education sector in research and teaching positions.
I have expertise teaching English as a second/foreign language, and working with translation students.

I use a combination of methods, focussed on the needs of my student(s).
For students wishing to improve their conversational English, I use a semi-structured conversation methodology, where we discuss a particular theme, topic or news story. I advise on vocabulary, grammar and provide detailed feedback.
I specialise in helping students prepare for IELTS exams, advanced students and those in college and university who wish to improve their English language ability.
