About Mackenzie
Hi, my name is Mackenzie!
I started my own tutoring business in January as I was going into my last year of high school. Little did I know what 2022 would entail.
Over the course of the year, I learnt to balance my school work with my business and many other personal events and obstacles. These difficult times contributed greatly to the business owner and educator I have become. I believe strongly that mental health comes first -- before school. I believe that grades do not define a student's personal or academic success. I hold creativity and personality core to my business -- without it, it would not function. Rapport is everything and my relationship with students is key to their growth.
I completed my last three years of school in a distance, correspondence environment. This experience provided me with a unique insight into the realities of online learning that I carry with me in my educational practice.
I love my job with my whole heart and I am privileged to work with such amazing people each and every day.

Is your child anxious about the next year of school? Anxious about senior studies or ATAR? Feeling overwhelmed by one exam?
I can help! Private tutoring provides an anxiety free environment, completely flexible to individual needs and circumstances. The one-on-one attention helps both struggling and academically high-performing students the space to not only grasp but master the subject content.
I offer K-12 English and Humanities tutoring as well as exam preparation sessions for high school students.
