About Sean
I am a History graduate who has just returned to England after 2 years spent teaching English in Chile, South America. I worked for a language company teaching business English and general English. I have also privately tutored students preparing for English exams, those who wanted to learn and improve their English in order to enhance their job prospects and children whose parents realized how advantageous a good level of English was.
With a previous background of working within the commercial sector in London I also have real world experience of what is required for effective business/corporate English.

My first lesson involves an informal general assessment of skills and capabilities. Through that and in consultation with the student's needs, preferences and interests I formulate lesson plans which will prove to be interesting and worthwhile.
I am an easy-going, friendly guy with an interest in people so I always like to chat with my students. As a comfortable environment in which the student can practice their speaking and listening in a relaxed way really enhances their learning.
