My lessons begin with an explanation of the exercises, beginning with relaxation techniques, breathing and voice exercises followed by basic speech exercises. Depending on the students needs all lessons are carefully planned, with emphasis on confidence building. I have taught a range of ages from 4 years + to adult, special needs, whether for acting, speech or for confidence in any situation.
