About Abby
I am a lifelong dancer. I have performed with many different groups, including dance studios, my highschool Pom Team, and college. I began teaching through my college career and unlocked an entirely new level of passion for the sport. I love to teach! Watching my students achieve their goals and work through the process is what keeps me motivated. I have taught all ages and many styles, my favorite being hip hop!

Have you been wanting to incorporate movement and dance into your daily routine? Whether you are a trained ballerina, or a “stay at home parent” dance can be impactful for more than just our physicality. Dance doesn’t have to be anything formal, but I am here to act as a guide for your goals. Want to improve your technical skills? We will focus on balance and agility. Want to make it onto a high school or college dance team? I can walk you through audition prep, and training. Want to learn a new dance every week just for fun? Sounds like a blast!
