About Nathan
I am the creative director of the arts cooperative Art Isn't Sexy, developing opportunities for artists to create and produce their own theatrical and artistic work. Alongside this, I have experience teaching at Lincoln College and with a variety of teaching agencies, with the aim of letting the students guide how they want to learn. My goal is to help students flourish creatively, in whatever field they wish to create within.

Whether one-on-one or in a group session, my teaching style can be described as student-led (another term for this is the heutogogical approach, however my background is distinctly pedagogical, which in other words is how our main educational institutions are run). In short, I try and find a balance between what you expect from the school system - goals, challenges, set objectives - but rather than force you to jump through hoops, I allow you to tell me how you want to be guided to the answers that you are seeking.

My rates are adaptable to the nature of the student and their financial circumstances. Although I cannot offer tuition for free for everyone, I will endeavour to adapt my rates so you can get the most out of our sessions. Similarly, in regards to travel, I do not drive, so any support in regards to travel is much appreciated, but not necessary.
