About Brad
Who am I? I have a successful professional and academic background spanning two decades in leadership and management in the Defence Force, local government, and corporate sectors. Additionally, I maintain sideline ventures as a private investor and music producer, and also draw insights from these endeavors to further strengthen my coaching. On a personal level, I am known for my ability to actively listen without judgment, as well as for my patience and empathetic understanding. At the same time, I’m skilled at delivering constructive feedback (or the hard truths) needed to target areas for development. I hold qualifications in communication studies, business, leadership and management, and counseling. These qualifications include: - An MBA (conferred with high distinction) - A diploma of Frontline Management - Professional training in counseling - A B.A. in Literature. I do this by providing high-level 1:1 support sessions that zero in on key areas of strength and weakness, before strategising collaboratively on practical action steps to best position you for career success and fulfilment. In doing so, we identify your unique aptitudes and develop these to your best advantage.
More specifically, I can help you to communicate professionally in all aspects of business, clarify business proposals and projects, and in various ways support you to develop and demonstrate your unique skillset so that you reach your goals.
Please note: My coaching availability is currently limited to Tuesday 7pm-8pm or Thursday 7pm-8pm (Melbourne time), and I usually require at least 48 hours' notice for scheduling purposes. Sessions are via Zoom or Skype.
