About Daria
I have been dancing Bachata for over 4 years and I’m excited to share this beautiful art with you 🤍 During these years I trained with some of the best Bachata teachers in the world through international congresses, festivals, and private lessons. I’ve learned from Korke & Judith (Spain), Margarita & Johnny, Ofir & Ofri, and Cal & Lily here in Austin — and I continue to grow and refine my style every day. I have already taught more than 15 students, from complete beginners to intermediate dancers. I truly love seeing my students grow — not just in technique, but in confidence, connection, and self-expression. My goal is to help you feel comfortable on the dance floor, understand your body, and enjoy every moment of the dance. My lessons are always supportive, positive, and adapted to your personal goals. Whether you want to start from zero, improve your musicality, become a confident lead or follower, or feel more relaxed and expressive while dancing, I will guide you step by step. My lessons go step by step, from easy to more advanced, in a way that feels natural and never stressful. I make sure every student understands what they are doing instead of just copying moves. I explain clearly, break things down, and guide you until it really clicks. I give real, practical tips that you can use right away on the social dance floor. We repeat and practice each movement until you reach that “aha” moment — when it finally feels smooth, comfortable, and yours. That’s when dancing becomes fun. My students always leave class feeling confident, happy, and excited to dance more. They come back again and again not only because they improve, but because the lessons feel positive, relaxed, and enjoyable.

Perfect! Daria was just the right instructor for us, a group of 4 Bachata beginners. She was patient while pushing us to learn an incredible amount in 1 hour. Would highly recommend.
