About Katie
I am a qualified and experienced primary school teacher and would love to tutor students from prep to year 10 who are looking for extension or additional support in any curriculum area. I am currently on maternity leave and am available most evenings and on weekends. I base my teaching around the Australian Curriculum and current practices implemented in primary schools, such as the inquiry based approach to learning. I am passionate about teaching students to really imbed and gain a deep understanding of relevant content as opposed to simply regurgitating memorised fact.
