About Chad
I am an experienced elementary and middle school teacher, administrator, and now professor who has worked with thousands of students to grow academically. Although many students are naturally curious about school and some need smaller levels of support, some (like myself when younger) need help in building confidence in their ability to grow academically. I would consider that to be my specialty: to encourage while also teaching students the skills necessary to grow academically.
