About Mya
I am a fun, friendly person who enjoys adventuring and playing games. I want to support young people who may need a little extra help to reach their goals and build their confidence. I especially enjoy helping young minds develop their maths skills and achieve their goals. I make my lessons educational but also entertaining, using creative and fun ways to help students remember different methods and solve maths problems. My aim is to make learning enjoyable, rewarding, and something students can feel proud of.

My lessons are friendly, engaging, and tailored to each child’s individual needs. I use clear explanations, examples, questions, and interactive activities to make learning enjoyable and easy to understand. Lessons typically last 30–60 minutes, 30 minute lessons are great to fit around busy schedules. I have experience working with KS2 children and can support pupils aged 7–11 with their learning, confidence, and understanding.
