About Prembala
My name is Prembala. I completed my MA in Yoga in 2022 and my Diploma in Yoga in 2019. I have been teaching yoga for over 6 years. I have worked as a Yoga Trainer at Natraj School and Kendriya Vidyalaya School in Udaipur, and I have also coordinated certification programs with the Yoga Certification Board (YCB).
I have taught over 300 students from 2-year-old children to 80-year-old seniors. I love teaching because I believe yoga is for every body, not just young or flexible people. I am patient, calm, and I adapt to each student's needs. My goal is to help you feel better, not to push you into poses that hurt. When I am not teaching, I continue studying yoga and meditation to deepen my own practice. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your yoga journey.

My name is Prembala. I hold a Master's degree in Yoga (2022) and a Diploma in Yoga (2019). I have been teaching yoga for over 6 years, including at Natraj School, Kendriya Vidyalaya School, and through the Yoga Certification Board (YCB). I have taught more than 300 students ranging from 2 years old to 80 years old.
My teaching approach: I do not believe in forcing any pose. I meet each student where they are whether you are a complete beginner, recovering from an injury, or an experienced practitioner. I focus on alignment, breath, and building strength gradually.
Structure of a typical class: We begin with gentle warm-ups and breathing (pranayama), then move into asanas (postures) based on your goal for the day flexibility, strength, relaxation, or stress relief. We end with a short meditation or deep relaxation.
What makes me different: I can teach absolutely anyone from a toddler to a senior citizen. I am experienced with chair yoga for seniors, playful yoga for young children, and traditional Hatha or Ashtanga for adults. I am patient, calm, and I adapt every single class to the person in front of me.
Who these classes are for: Children (ages 2+), teenagers, adults, and seniors. Beginners are very welcome. You do not need to be flexible to start yoga.
