About Max
With over 11 years of experience teaching Guitar, I specialize in helping college students learn in a modern, interactive way. My teaching style combines structured lessons with creative exploration, allowing students to develop technique, rhythm, and musical expression.
I use innovative methods such as play-along tracks, recording exercises, and interactive apps to make lessons fun and effective. I also simplify music theory so that students can easily understand and use it in their playing. Improvisation and composition are also key parts of my lessons, helping students find their own musical voice.
I believe that learning Guitar should inspire confidence and creativity. Over the past 2 years, I’ve helped students perform in college events, learn complex songs, and develop their own style. My goal is to make every lesson enjoyable, productive, and motivating.

Critical thinking is integrated by teaching students to understand music theory, analyze songs, and solve musical challenges independently.
I also emphasize accountability. We set clear goals, track progress, and celebrate achievements, ensuring students stay motivated and focused. Lessons combine exercises, practical playing, and creative tasks for a balanced and effective learning experience.
Beyond guitar, I teach music theory, improvisation, and composition, providing a complete musical foundation. My aim is to nurture students who are not only capable guitarists but also confident, creative, and passionate musicians ready to explore music with curiosity and joy.
