About Edward
I'm a recent graduate from the University of Exeter, where I completed a BSc in Accounting and Finance with a 2:1. Maths has always been one of my strongest subjects — I achieved a grade 9 at GCSE and an A at A-Level — and I've always enjoyed explaining it clearly to others. I'm tutoring because I want to help students build the same confidence with Maths that got me through my own exams, and because I remember exactly which parts felt confusing at the time.

I take a step-by-step approach to Maths, working through problems methodically rather than jumping to answers, so students actually understand the method and can apply it under exam conditions. Lessons run for one hour and focus on past-paper questions tailored to exam board and current grade. I'm a 2:1 Accounting and Finance graduate from the University of Exeter, with a grade 9 at GCSE Maths and an A at A-Level. I tutor students at GCSE and A-Level, whether they need to fill specific gaps or build confidence for exam season.
