I am a psychology student at a top 20 university specializing in experimental psychopathology, as well as positive and developmental psychology. I have peer counseling and trauma assistance volunteering experience. I am known for my sensitive listening and enthusiasm! In addition, I have research experience in emotion and mental health as well as personality.

I counsel under the framework of cognitive behavioral and positive psychology therapy. I also provide philosophical counseling on existentialism and Jungian theory. I am extremely adaptive to the client’s needs- some need more help to find solutions, while others just need an empathetic ear.
