I am a uni student and I study Criminology but I have been giving cooking lessons for about a year now as I as I own my own little business. Im a specialist in typical Nigerian dishes and a lot of home made fast food dishes

My teaching method is to get individuals not just how to cook but also how to love being in the kitchen. For them to understand their environment and know basic health and safety. I demonstrate then explain what I’ve just done and then let them have a try for themselves, for the individuals to have a visual and verbal idea of how things are done
