He’s had been I would say he’s the most hardworking and most talented teacher ever, he knows what he’s talking about, Very respectful, helps anyone out, and never backs down from a question and if he does not know he will find out exactly what you need to help you prepare for anything. He is very trust worthy and you count have any better than him. I highly recommend Javier to be one of your teachers.

I’m so glad I had Mr. Otero as my Spanish teacher in high school. All I can say is that he is a wonderful teacher, he used to make the class fun and interesting while my other classmates with different Spanish teachers was boring. Not only as a teacher but Mr. otero cares about his students as well. If you have the opportunity to have Mr. otero as a teacher I absolutely recommend you to take it!
