About William
I have taught at 3 major UK boarding schools: Eton College (current); Harrow School and St Edward's School, Oxford. I have also taught in the state sector, and therefore have experience working with students of all abilities. I have over 10 years of experience as a private tutor.
I have a degree in PPE for the University of Oxford, and a PGCE in Mathematics. I have 7 A Levels (all A grade) including Mathematics and Further Mathematics, which enables me to teach a broad range of subjects and give a balanced perspective.

It is essential for the student to spend as much time as possible thinking and answering questions during tutorials. A good tutor will ask the right questions at the right time to allow the student to make connections. I provide them with the necessary structure and careful prompts to guide them towards better understanding.
