As an experienced tutor, I focus on students' strengths as well as their specific learning styles. A typical lesson I would teach would include a question that would engage the student as well as create interest in the topic of the day. I can tutor students in elementary school as well as high school. My subjects include elementary reading, writing and grammar. I am certified to teach middle and high school biology. My undergraduate degree is in science which enables me to analyze facts and reach science-based conclusions. My graduate degree is in elementary education which gives me the skills to communicate with younger children.
