About Megan
I only graduated from my masters in July, which means I haven't been tutoring long but all of my students have been successful! Which also means all of my chemistry knowledge is fresh.
I have experience in tutoring at GCSE level in foundation and higher. I have tutored both GCSE aged students and one adult learner. All of which achieved beyond their expectations.
I have also tutored one student at A level, who has now gone on to do a biochemistry degree at Bristol University.
Further experience within education:
During my degree I planned and taught lessons to year 6 classes around Cardiff as part of the Cardiff numeracy project.
In addition I have had experience as a classroom assistant in St. David's RC Primary.

I am currently located in the Swansea area and give lessons to GCSE and A level students.
Chemistry isn't everyone's favourite subject! However when taught well it can be very fun and extremely interesting.
I adapt my teaching style to the student as every student is different.
In general I try to make the lessons as enjoyable, interactive and informative as possible.
Practice makes perfect and there is nothing better than finally understanding something.
I am good at breaking difficult topics down and explaining them step by step.
Overall, my goal is to use my knowledge to help others to succeed.
