About Ramani
I am really passionate about physics and maths and my passion comes from the fact that I had access to great teachers whose teaching styles worked well with me. As I started tutoring myself I realised that a teacher needs to evolve and adapt their teaching to the student in front of them. As a teacher my biggest priority is to ensure that the student in front of me goes home with a better understanding of a subject.
I understand the issue of girls in STEM subjects and I do cater my teaching to help students who have been made to believe that they are incapable of learning a subject.
My teaching style is based around understanding the broader problem that is being solved in a chapter, then focusing on the smaller details and equations and finally spending a good amount of time on questions to enforce those concepts.
